We and the VIE Group are a leading fintech platform in China that connects individual borrowers with financial institutions. Our platform aims to make these connections effective, transparent, secure, and fast, serving individuals who are not fully served by traditional financial systems. We focus on facilitating consumer loans, primarily those with a term of no more than 12 months. We believe this focus generates attractive returns for our funding partners while meeting the financing needs of qualified borrowers. Our borrowers are typically creditworthy individuals with stable salary income and/or credit history, but who are underserved by traditional financial institutions. We acquire borrowers through various online channels, including online advertising on websites, search engines, app stores, and information feeds, as well as through online partnerships with traffic marketplaces that provide access to quality borrowers. In 2025, our average borrower acquisition cost per new borrower was RMB446.2 (US$63.8), which represented 5.2% of the average loan principal borrowed by our borrowers in 2025. We operate a highly secure and open platform that incorporates a comprehensive risk management system and a proprietary, effective risk assessment model. This model uses advanced big data analytics and sophisticated algorithms to accurately evaluate the risk profiles of potential borrowers. Our business model is capital-light and highly scalable, allowing us to expand our platform and strengthen our position through network effects.
