In conjunction with this acquisition, JBT changed its corporate name to "JBT Marel Corporation" and its stock ticker symbol to "JBTM" on January 2, 2025. Shares of JBTM are listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) with a secondary listing on Nasdaq Iceland, commencing trading on both exchanges on January 3, 2025. Following the Marel acquisition, the company operates through two business segments: JBT and Marel, which consist of the legacy operations of each business.
