Jade Biosciences, Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing new biologic therapies for patients with autoimmune diseases. JADE101 incorporates YTE half-life extension technology, an amino acid change in the fragment crystallizable (Fc) domain, to modify pH-dependent binding to the neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) and increase serum half-life. This design supports a subcutaneous (SQ) injection every eight weeks or longer. A Phase 1 clinical trial for JADE101 in healthy volunteers was initiated in New Zealand in August 2025, with interim data, including mechanistic biomarker data, expected in the second quarter of 2026. Jade Biosciences' second product candidate is JADE201, a mAb targeting B cell activating factor receptor (BAFF-R) for the treatment of multiple autoimmune disorders. The third product candidate is JADE301, a mAb targeting an undisclosed pathway.
