In March 2016, the Company formed IZEA Canada, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary in Ontario, Canada. IZEA offers creator agency services, creator technologies, and a marketplace connecting marketers with creators. The Company provides value through Managed Services, which include custom content workflow, creator search and targeting, bidding, analytics, and payment processing. IZEA enables creators to monetize their content, creativity, and influence with global brands and marketers. The Company compensates creators for producing unique content, such as long and short-form text, videos, photos, status updates, and illustrations, for marketers or distributing this content through creators' websites, blogs, and social media channels. While most marketers engage IZEA for Managed Services, they can also access IZEA's platform capabilities to facilitate discovery, engagement, and collaboration with creators.
