IIOT-OXYS, Inc. designs, builds, tests, and sells Edge Computing systems for the Industrial Internet. The company was incorporated in New Jersey on October 1, 2003, as Creative Beauty Supply of New Jersey Corporation, and later changed its name to Gotham Capital Holdings, Inc. on May 18, 2015. It operated in the beauty supply industry from January 1, 2004, until its board approved a plan to dispose of this business on November 30, 2007. From January 1, 2009, until July 28, 2017, the company had no operations and was a shell company. On July 28, 2017, the company acquired 100% of the issued voting shares of OXYS Corporation, a Nevada corporation incorporated on August 4, 2016, in exchange for 34,687,244 shares of its Common Stock. At this time, its name changed to "IIOT-OXYS, Inc." and its management changed to Mr. DiBiase. Effective October 26, 2017, the company's domicile changed from New Jersey to Nevada. Currently, the company conducts its operations through its two wholly owned subsidiaries: OXYS Corporation and HereLab, Inc. (an entity immaterial to its operations).
