Isramco, Inc. is an independent oil and natural gas company that explores, develops, and produces oil and natural gas properties. The company operates primarily onshore in the United States and offshore Israel. Isramco also runs a production services company, offering a full range of onshore production services to oil companies and independent oil and natural gas producers in the United States. The company conducts its operations through two segments: Exploration, Development and Production, and Production Services. As of December 31, 2018, Isramco's total proved oil, natural gas, and natural gas liquids reserves were approximately 40,267 thousand barrels of oil equivalent (MBOE). This total comprised 2,125 thousand barrels (MBbls) of oil, 223,915 million cubic feet (MMcf) of natural gas, and 823 thousand barrels (MBbls) of natural gas liquids. Approximately 67.2% of these proved reserves were classified as proved developed. In 2018, full-year production averaged 3.75 MBOE/d, a slight decrease from 3.78 MBOE/d in 2017. The Tamar Field contributed 2.57 MBOE/d to the total 3.75 MBOE/d production in 2018, up from 2.46 MBOE/d in 2017. In the United States, Isramco, through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, engages in oil and gas exploration, development, production, and operation of wells.
