IF Bancorp, Inc. is a Maryland corporation formed in March 2011, primarily engaged in directing, planning, and coordinating the business activities of its main asset, Iroquois Federal Savings and Loan Association. Iroquois Federal is a federally chartered savings association headquartered in Watseka, Illinois. The Association's core business involves accepting deposits from the general public and investing these funds, along with operational and borrowed funds, into various loan types. These include one- to four-family residential mortgage loans, multi-family mortgage loans, commercial real estate loans (including farm loans), commercial business loans, construction loans, and land development loans. To a lesser extent, it also offers consumer loans, primarily automobile loans, and home equity lines of credit. The company also invests in securities, historically focusing on those issued by the U.S. government, U.S. government agencies, and U.S. government-sponsored enterprises, as well as mortgage-backed securities issued or guaranteed by U.S. government-sponsored enterprises. Service Corporation, an insurance agency with offices in Watseka and Danville, Illinois, the company also offers a full line of property and casualty insurance products. As of June 30, 2025, IF Bancorp had consolidated assets of $887.7 million, consolidated deposits of $721.3 million, and consolidated equity of $81.8 million. As of June 30, 2024, it had consolidated assets of $887.7 million, consolidated deposits of $727.2 million, and consolidated equity of $73.9 million.
