Real Asset Acquisition Corp. (formerly Nasdaq: RAAQ) was a blank check special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) incorporated in the Cayman Islands in December 2024 and headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey. It was formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, or similar business combination with one or more operating businesses.
