Innventure is an industrial growth conglomerate that establishes, finances, and operates companies focused on bringing transformative, sustainable technology solutions to market. These solutions are acquired or licensed from multinational corporations or other technology innovators. The company aims to maximize value for investors and stakeholders through positive cash flow from long-term ownership of its Innventure Companies. Innventure seeks to establish collaborative relationships with at least one multinational corporation for each new company founded. This collaborating multinational corporation, referred to as a channel partner, must have expressed a need for and interest in using or distributing the specific technology intended for commercialization. This channel partner is expected to provide a path to market adoption, distribution, and/or revenue for the new company. The channel partner may be the source of the technology or an unrelated entity. As owner-operators, Innventure's goal is to take breakthrough technologies, which have advanced beyond proof of concept, from evaluation to scaled commercialization. The company aims to build disruptive companies that have the potential to achieve a target enterprise value of at least $1 billion. "Disruptive" refers to innovations that have the ability to significantly change how businesses, industries, markets, and/or consumers operate. Since its inception, Innventure has launched four such companies: PureCycle Technologies, Inc., AeroFlexx, LLC, Accelsius Holdings LLC, and Refinity Olefins, LLC.
