INNO HOLDINGS INC. is an innovative technology company that engages in the business of recycled consumer electronic devices. The company sources and purchases pre-owned consumer electronic devices, such as smartphones and tablets, from suppliers. From March 2025 to April 2025, the company completed the disposition of all ownership interests in its former wholly- and partially-owned subsidiaries: Inno Metal Studs Corp, Inno AI Tech Corp., Inno Disrupts Inc., and Castor Building Tech LLC. The recycled consumer electronic devices offered include various models of iPhone smartphones and various models of iPad tablets. For the years ended September 30, 2025, revenues from recycled iPhones accounted for 100% of the company's revenue. Currently, all revenues are derived from wholesale customers who purchase recycled consumer electronic devices for re-sale. The company relies on a limited number of suppliers that collect pre-owned consumer electronic devices from network carriers, companies, and individuals.
