Inogen, Inc. is a medical technology company focused on respiratory health. The company develops, manufactures, and markets respiratory health products, including portable oxygen concentrators (POCs) and the Simeox® product for airway clearance treatment. Inogen, Inc. has also begun distributing the Inogen Voxi® 5 stationary oxygen concentrator and Aurora® continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) masks in the United States. The Voxi 5 stationary oxygen concentrator provides continuous, long-term oxygen therapy for patients needing supplemental oxygen at home or in clinical settings. Aurora CPAP masks are used with a separate device to deliver CPAP therapy, mainly for treating obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Inogen, Inc. was incorporated in Delaware on November 27, 2001. The company completed an initial public offering on February 14, 2014, and its common stock began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "INGN". Inogen Europe Holding B.V., a Dutch limited liability company, was incorporated on April 13, 2017.
