The company's customers are primarily located in the United States and Luxembourg. Integrated BioPharma, Inc. was originally incorporated on August 31, 1995, as Chem International, Inc., changed its name to Integrated Health Technologies, Inc. on December 5, 2000, and then to Integrated BioPharma, Inc. on January 29, 2003. The company continues to operate as Chem International, Inc. with some customers and vendors. The company has two business segments: (a) Contract Manufacturing, operated by Manhattan Drug Company, Inc. (MDC), which produces vitamins and nutritional supplements for distributors, multilevel marketers, and specialized health-care providers. (b) Other Business Lines, which includes: (i) MDC Warehousing and Distribution, Inc., providing warehousing and fulfillment services. (ii) Chem International, Inc. (Chem), which distributes certain raw materials for DSM Nutritional Products LLC and is the company's holding entity. (iii) All other inactive subsidiaries. In the fiscal years ended June 30, 2025, and 2024, approximately 84% and 90%, respectively, of the company's consolidated net sales came from two customers in the Contract Manufacturing Segment: Life Extension Quality Supplements and Vitamins, Inc. (Life Extension) and Herbalife Nutrition LTD (Herbalife). Life Extension and Herbalife accounted for approximately 62% and 26%, respectively, of the Contract Manufacturing Segment's net sales in the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025, and 71% and 23%, respectively, in the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024.
