We are a biotechnology company focused on developing targeted oncology therapies. We specialize in the discovery, design, development, manufacturing, and commercialization of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and other cancer treatments. Our pipeline includes three clinical assets and three preclinical assets. Varegacestat, previously AL102, is an oral, once-daily gamma secretase inhibitor (GSI). In December 2025, we announced positive topline results from the global pivotal Phase 3 RINGSIDE trial for varegacestat in patients with progressing desmoid tumors, and we expect to submit a new drug application (NDA) in the second quarter of 2026. IM-1021, a receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 1 (ROR1) ADC, is currently in a Phase 1 trial. In November 2025, we reported objective responses at multiple dose levels in B-cell lymphoma patients treated with IM-1021, with initial data planned for 2026. IM-3050, a fibroblast activation protein (FAP) targeted radioligand therapy (RLT), received IND clearance in April 2025, and we plan to start a Phase 1 trial in early 2026 after receiving third-party diagnostic radiotracer supply. Our preclinical assets, IM-1617, IM-1340, and IM-1335, are solid tumor ADCs with anticipated IND submissions in 2026. Our pipeline also includes numerous early-stage ADCs from our internal discovery efforts, with opportunities for additional IND submissions in 2027 and beyond. Our discovery approach focuses on designing ADCs against novel or underexplored targets, supported by our differentiated topoisomerase 1 (TOP1) inhibitor payload, HC74. We are also developing additional linkers and payloads to create a diverse pipeline of ADCs.
