We are a commercial stage biotechnology company that develops immunomodulating medicines for patients with cancer, infectious diseases, and autoimmune diseases. We use our ImmTAX® (Immune mobilizing monoclonal TCRs Against X disease) platform to develop a range of products. In 2022, our main product, KIMMTRAK, received approval for treating unresectable or metastatic uveal melanoma ("mUM") from the FDA, the European Commission, and other health authorities. KIMMTRAK is approved in 39 countries and has been commercially launched in 30 countries, including the United States, Germany, and France. KIMMTRAK was the first approved therapy for mUM. We have treated over 2,000 cancer patients with KIMMTRAK (tebentafusp) and our other ImmTAX product candidates. Our clinical programs involve patients with various cancers, including melanoma, ovarian, lung, and colorectal. We are advancing three late-stage clinical programs within our ImmTAC® (Immune mobilizing monoclonal TCRs Against Cancer) portfolio, which includes KIMMTRAK and brenetafusp, which targets PRAME. KIMMTRAK is manufactured in Denmark and Germany, with final packaging in the Netherlands. We support KIMMTRAK's use in the United States and Europe with a commercial team that includes commercial, medical, sales, and value access members. We use a hybrid commercialization model with an in-house sales force in the United States and contracted resources in the United States and Europe.
