We are a leading creator and manufacturer of products used in food, beverage, health & biosciences, and scent, along with natural health ingredients. These products are incorporated into a wide range of consumer and end-use products. We primarily sell to manufacturers of dairy, meat, beverages, snacks, savory, sweet, baked goods, grain processors and other foods, personal care products, soaps and detergents, cleaning products, perfumes, dietary supplements, food protection, infant, elderly and animal nutrition, functional food, bio-fuel, and oral care products. We hold global leadership positions in the Food & Beverage, Home & Personal Care and Health & Wellness markets, and across key Tastes, Textures, Scents, Nutrition, Enzymes, Cultures, Soy Proteins and Probiotics categories. Sales in 2025 were $10.890 billion. Our business is geographically diverse, with U.S. sales representing approximately 28% of total sales in 2025. No other country accounted for more than 10% of sales, and no single customer accounted for 10% or more of sales in 2025. For the year ended December 31, 2025, our business operated through five segments: Taste, Food Ingredients, Health & Biosciences, Scent, and Pharma Solutions (until the divestitures of both the Pharma Solutions and Nitrocellulose disposal groups in May 2025). Effective January 1, 2025, our former Nourish segment was reorganized into the new Taste and Food Ingredients segments. Our Taste segment develops and produces flavor compounds and natural taste solutions for savory products (soups, sauces, meat, fish, poultry, snacks), beverages (juice drinks, carbonated or flavored beverages, spirits), sweets (bakery products, candy, cereal, chewing gum), and dairy products (yogurt, ice cream, cheese). Taste also includes value-added spices and seasoning ingredients for meat, food service, convenience, alternative protein and culinary products.
