The Residential segment is a regional provider of electrical installation services for single-family housing and multi-family apartment complexes, and also offers heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) and plumbing installation services in certain markets. The Infrastructure Solutions segment provides electro-mechanical solutions for industrial operations, including apparatus repair and custom-engineered products like generator enclosures used in data centers and other industrial applications. The Commercial & Industrial segment provides electrical and mechanical design, construction, and maintenance services to commercial and industrial markets in various regional markets and nationwide in specific areas of expertise, such as the power infrastructure market and data centers. IES Holdings, Inc. was established in 1997 as a Delaware corporation, headquartered in Sugar Land, Texas, with an executive office in Greenwich, Connecticut.
