ICTS is a public limited liability company organized under the laws of The Netherlands since 1992. The company operates primarily in three business areas through its subsidiaries. Its aviation security services are provided through I-SEC International Security B.V. and its subsidiaries, mainly at airports in Europe and the Far East. ICTS re-entered the European aviation security market in February 2005, establishing I-SEC in March 2005, and subsequently expanded with new subsidiaries across Europe and the Far East. In 2001 and 2002, ICTS sold its European aviation security operations for an aggregate purchase price of $103 million. The company also provides other aviation-related services in the United States of America through its subsidiary Huntleigh U.S.A. These services are primarily non-security related. Additionally, ICTS is involved in an authentication technology business through its subsidiary AU10TIX, in which the company holds 66.30% as of December 31, 2025. AU10TIX develops technological systems and provides authentication solutions for financial and other companies, mainly in the United States of America and Europe. I-SEC currently provides aviation security services to some of the largest airports in Europe, supplying aviation and other high-end security services to airports, airlines, governments, and critical infrastructure facilities in Europe and the Far East.
