Investcorp Credit Management BDC, Inc. is an externally managed, non-diversified closed-end management investment company that operates as a business development company (BDC). The company was formed in February 2012 and began operations in March 2012 as CM Finance LLC. It merged into CM Finance Inc prior to its initial public offering and changed its name to Investcorp Credit Management BDC, Inc. on August 30, 2019.
