InnoBev Merger Corp. is a wholly owned subsidiary of IBG. Innovation Beverage Group USA Inc. began distribution activities in October 2024, with agreements with Republic National Distribution Company ("RNDC") in California, Hawaii, Alaska, Nevada, Ohio, and Washington states, and with Houston's Inc. in Oregon. Reg Liquors LLC, which operated e-commerce marketplaces for wines and spirits at www.wiredforwine.com and www.bevmart.com, ceased operations in October 2024. In October 2024, the company ceased retailing certain third-party brands via its retail websites for the United States to focus on building its own brands in the United States and other export markets.
