We are an innovative health technology business focused on revolutionizing patient care globally through accessible, affordable, clinically relevant artificial intelligence ("AI")-powered portable ultra-low-field ("ULF") magnetic resonance ("MR") brain imaging. Our key product is the Swoop® Portable MR Imaging® System ("Swoop® system"), a portable, ULF MRI device that produces high-quality images of the internal structures of the head. These images, when interpreted by a trained physician, provide information useful for diagnosis, especially where full diagnostic examination is not clinically practical. Healthcare professionals utilize the Swoop® system for clinical diagnoses and decisions in various care settings where conventional MRI devices are inaccessible or not readily available. The Swoop® system's portable design allows it to be safely and readily accessible anywhere in a hospital, clinic, physician's office, or patient care site without requiring special facilities accommodations. Its iPad-based interface is easy to learn, and specialized personnel are not required for safe operation. ULF MR does not expose patients to harmful ionizing radiation, unlike X-ray computed tomography ("CT") or positron emission tomography ("PET"). The demand for MR imaging is increasing due to an aging population, rising prevalence of neurological, neurodegenerative, and cardiovascular conditions, and trends towards decentralized healthcare in mature, low- and middle-income countries. Healthcare professionals and insurers recognize MR imaging as an effective, non-invasive diagnostic tool. The Swoop® system is designed to increase access to MRI cost-effectively.
