Grayscale Hyperliquid Staking ETF (HYPG) is an exchange-traded product (ETP) that offers investors passive exposure to HYPE, the native token of the Hyperliquid protocol. The fund's investment objective is to reflect the value of HYPE held by the Fund, less expenses and other liabilities. HYPG is designed to participate in the Hyperliquid network's staking process, aiming to capture staking rewards, which have historically averaged around 2.2-2.3% annually. These earned staking rewards, net of applicable fees and expenses, may be reflected in the Fund's net asset value, providing a potential additional source of return beyond price appreciation.
