Hexcel Corporation is a global leader in advanced lightweight composites technology. The company manufactures a broad range of products including carbon fiber, specialty reinforcements, prepregs and other fiber-reinforced matrix materials, honeycomb, resins, engineered core, and composite structures. These products are used in commercial aerospace, defense and space, and industrial applications. Hexcel operates within a single industry: Advanced Composites, and has two reportable segments: Composite Materials and Engineered Products. The Composite Materials segment manufactures and markets carbon fiber, specialty reinforcements, resin systems, prepregs and other fiber-reinforced matrix materials, honeycomb core, and pultruded profiles. As of December 31, 2025, this segment's ongoing activities include producing carbon fibers, fabrics, and specialty reinforcements, prepregs and other fiber-reinforced matrix materials, structural adhesives, honeycomb, molding compounds, tooling materials, polyurethane systems, and laminates. These are incorporated into applications such as commercial and military aircraft, transportation (primarily automotive), recreational products, and other industrial applications. The Engineered Products segment focuses on lightweight high-strength composite structures, radio frequency/electromagnetic interference ("RF/EMI") and microwave absorbing materials, engineered core, and specialty machined honeycomb products with added functionality. Hexcel serves international markets through manufacturing facilities, sales offices, and representatives located in the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific, India, and Africa.
