We are an international shipping company headquartered in Singapore. All of our revenues to date have come from our shipping services. We provide shipping services primarily to customers in Asia, specifically in Singapore, Dubai, Korea, Japan, and India. In fiscal year 2025, 79% of our revenues were derived from customers outside of China, and in fiscal year 2024, this figure was 74%. All cash transfer payments between our company and our customers were processed through banks located outside the PRC, including Hong Kong and Macau. In 2025, we began exploring the business of providing carbon neutrality solutions for the shipping industry, specifically offering onboard carbon Capture ("OCC") consulting services. These services provide advisory support for clients interested in full-vessel carbon capture or energy-saving retrofitting projects. However, we are not aggressively pursuing this opportunity at this time due to uncertainties regarding the viability of OCC technology and its underdeveloped applications. Previously, we had planned a business for wood desiccation during maritime shipping, utilizing shipping time, space, and waste heat from vessels, but withdrew from this in 2024 due to confirmation issues and lack of funding.
