Solana Co

Solana Company is a digital asset treasury focused on acquiring and holding Solana tokens (SOL). Its primary objective is to maximize SOL per share, offering public market investors direct exposure to Solana. The company adopted this digital asset treasury strategy in September 2025, repositioning a substantial portion of its balance sheet around it, and expects it to be its principal strategic focus. Its assets are expected to remain concentrated primarily in SOL. The company aims to increase long-term shareholder value by increasing the amount of SOL underlying each share, generating yield on treasury assets where appropriate, and using public-market financing and treasury tools to compound net asset value (NAV) over time. Solana Company holds both unrestricted tokens (Unlocked SOL), which are readily transferable or staked SOL subject to the normal unbonding period, and restricted tokens (Locked SOL) subject to contractual lock-up. Locked SOL tokens are subject to contractual and onchain restrictions (Smart Contracts) that limit their use until specified unlock conditions are met, with relatively even monthly unlocks through January 2028. To a lesser extent, Solana Company is also a neurotechnology company focused on neurological wellness.
