"AI Assist" targets professionals such as customer contact center representatives, real estate sales brokers, insurance sales brokers, and mortgage sales brokers. AI Assist has four primary functions: "Agent Assistant", "QA Assistant", "Supervisor Assistant", and "Knowledge Base Assistant". "Agent Assistant" provides real-time speech guidance to customer engagement agents and professionals, and includes flexible learning, training, testing, and certification features to shorten training time and reduce costs for newly hired customer engagement staff.
