Home BancShares, Inc. is a bank holding company headquartered in Conway, Arkansas, providing commercial and retail banking and related financial services. The company operates through its wholly owned community bank subsidiary, Centennial Bank, which has branch locations in Arkansas, Florida, Texas, South Alabama, and New York City. Home BancShares serves businesses, real estate developers and investors, individuals, and municipalities. While the company maintains a diversified loan portfolio, commercial real estate loans constituted 53.2% of gross loans and 194.3% of total stockholders' equity as of December 31, 2025. On December 31, 2024, these figures were 57.6% and 214.6%, respectively. The company was formed in 1998 and opened its first subsidiary bank in 1999. Since then, it has acquired and integrated 23 banks with locations in Arkansas, Florida, Texas, and Alabama, including 18 banks since 2010, seven of which were acquired through FDIC-assisted transactions. The subsidiary bank has operated under the Centennial Bank name since 2009. In 2015, Home BancShares established Centennial Commercial Finance Group (Centennial CFG) to focus on national commercial real estate and commercial and industrial loans. As of December 31, 2025, total assets were $22,881,879 thousand, total deposits were $17,479,957 thousand, total revenue was $1,090,869 thousand, and net income was $475,441 thousand.
