Harmonic is a leading global provider of broadband access solutions. The company enables broadband operators to more efficiently and effectively deploy high-speed internet for data, voice, and video services for their customers. Harmonic's Broadband business provides broadband access solutions and related services, including its cOS software-based broadband access solution, to broadband operators globally. In 2025, approximately 89% of Harmonic's revenue was derived from the Americas. The Europe, Middle East and Africa ("EMEA") region accounted for 9% of 2025 revenue, and the Asia Pacific ("APAC") region accounted for 2%. Harmonic was initially incorporated in California in June 1988 and reincorporated in Delaware in May 1995. On December 8, 2025, the company entered into a Put Option Agreement to sell its Video business to Leone Media Inc. (d/b/a MediaKind) for a purchase price of $145 million in cash, subject to potential adjustments. The results of the Video Business have been classified as discontinued operations in Harmonic's consolidated statements of operations for all periods presented.
