HIVE Digital Technologies Ltd. is a sustainable-energy focused digital infrastructure company. HIVE is transitioning from a traditional hashrate service provider into a vertically integrated, capital-efficient AI infrastructure platform. The company's primary business involves owning and/or operating data centers that support a combination of GPUs for HPC and AI services for producing, selling, and/or exporting AI tokens, data center management services, and ASICs for producing and exporting hashrate. HIVE operates across five countries, with approximately 464.4 MW of capacity. The company was incorporated in the Province of British Columbia on June 24, 1987.
