The Company is a fully integrated manufacturer of high-quality metal, plastic, electric, and electronic components, subassemblies, and finished products. It serves original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and contract manufacturers, primarily in Europe and Asia, and to a lesser extent, in the United States. Since its formation, most manufacturing activities have been conducted at its factory complex in Long Hua, Shenzhen, China. Since 2013, the Company also performs many product assembly functions and some component manufacturing through Kayser Myanmar in Yangon, Myanmar. The Company manufactures and supplies a wide variety of metal, plastic, and electric parts, components, and products. These are used by its OEM clients in products such as photocopiers, laser printers, print cartridges, electrical connectors, electrical circuits, vacuum cleaners, LED power supplies, stepping motors, pumps for dishwashers, and other washing machine components. As part of its manufacturing operations, the Company assists customers in the design and development of tooling for metal and plastic manufacturing. It also provides manufacturing and engineering services including metal stamping, screen printing, plastic injection molding, pad printing, and electronic assembly of printed circuit boards.
