Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. (HGV) is a global timeshare company that develops, markets, sells, manages, and operates timeshare resorts, timeshare plans, and related reservation services, primarily under the Hilton Grand Vacations brands. The company's operations include selling Vacation Ownership Interests (VOIs) for itself and third parties, financing and servicing loans for consumer VOI purchases, operating resorts and timeshare plans, and managing exchange programs that offer HGV Max benefits. These timeshare plans and exchange programs are collectively known as "Clubs." HGV became an independent publicly traded company on January 3, 2017, following a spin-off from Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. On August 2, 2021, HGV acquired Dakota Holdings, Inc. (Diamond), the parent of Diamond Resorts International, in an all-stock transaction, resulting in Apollo Global Management Inc. and other minority shareholders holding 28% of HGV's common stock. On January 17, 2024, HGV completed the acquisition of Bluegreen Vacations Holding Corporation for $1.6 billion in an all-cash transaction, inclusive of net debt. As of December 31, 2025, HGV has over 200 properties located in the U.S., Europe, Canada, the Caribbean, Mexico, and Asia. A significant portion of these properties and VOIs are concentrated in Florida, Europe, Hawaii, South Carolina, California, Arizona, Nevada, and Virginia.
