Halliburton Company is one of the world's largest providers of products and services to the energy industry. Established in 1919 and incorporated in Delaware in 1924, the company collaborates and engineers solutions to maximize asset value for its customers. Halliburton serves major, national, and independent oil and natural gas producers globally. With over 46,000 employees representing 146 nationalities in more than 70 countries, the company supports customers throughout the reservoir lifecycle, from locating hydrocarbons and managing geological data, to drilling, formation evaluation, well construction and completion, and optimizing production. In 2025, Halliburton's total revenue decreased 3% compared to 2024. International revenue decreased 2%, and North America revenue decreased 6% in 2025 compared to 2024. The Completion and Production operating segment achieved a 17% operating margin, while the Drilling and Evaluation segment achieved a 15% operating margin. The company generated $2.9 billion in cash flows from operations and retired $382 million of its 3.8% notes due November 2025. Capital expenditures were approximately 6% of revenue. Halliburton returned $1.6 billion of capital to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases. The company also maintained Halliburton Labs' 38 participant and alumni organizations and transitioned 50% of its North American fracturing fleet to Zeus electric pumps.
