We are one of the largest logistics and transportation companies in Mexico, offering integrated logistics and transportation services to clients across Mexico. Our services include maritime transportation, ports and terminals management, logistics, and warehousing. Our business is structured into several divisions. The Maritime Operations division provides maritime transportation, operating offshore vessels for the Mexican offshore oil industry, tankers for petroleum products in Mexican and international waters, and parcel tankers for liquid chemicals between the United States and Mexico. As of March 31, 2025, this division operates a fleet of eight vessels, comprising one parcel tanker, one tanker, one LPG vessel, and five offshore supply vessels. It also offers maritime agency services to ship owners and operators in Mexico's main ports. The Maritime Infrastructure division operates a shipyard in Tampico, Mexico, through its subsidiary, Inmobiliaria Dos Naciones, S.R.L. de C.V. ("IDN"). IDN provides ship repair services and, as of March 31, 2025, has two floating docks with capacities of 3,000 metric tons and 6,600 metric tons, respectively. The 6,600 metric ton dock was commissioned in January of this year. IDN services over 30 vessels per year and supports the construction of additional naval vessels. The Logistics Division is now reported within the Ports, Terminals and Logistics Division.
