On July 30, 2012, it shifted to precious metal exploration and mining and was renamed Santo Mining Corp. On April 2, 2015, Cathay Cigars of Asia Corporation gained majority voting power. Santo Mining Corp. redomiciled to Wyoming in July 2021 and moved its operational headquarters to Medellin-Bogota, Colombia. Through its subsidiary, Santo Blockchain Labs of Colombia, S.A.S., the Company focused on blockchain, cryptography, artificial intelligence, web3, and 4IR software development. On February 7, 2024, the Company changed its name to Groovy Company, Inc. On May 6, 2025, FINRA made effective the name change, the OTC Markets ticker symbol change from "SANP" to "GROO", and a 2,500-for-1 reverse stock split. On February 19, 2025, the Company exchanged all its assets for an 87% controlling interest in Pineapple Express Cannabis Company. GROOVY COMPANY, INC. will continue to develop the Groovy Platform as a Service (PaaS) for Pineapple Express Cannabis Company.
