Our Company manages and operates the Grindr platform, a global social networking platform primarily serving and addressing the needs of gay, bisexual, and sexually explorative adults around the world. The platform enables users to find and engage with one another, share content and interests, discover relevant products and experiences, and express themselves. Grindr had 15.0 million, 14.2 million, and 13.3 million Average MAUs for the years ended December 31, 2025, 2024, and 2023, respectively. Additionally, it had 1.3 million, 1.1 million, and 0.9 million Average Paying Users for the years ended December 31, 2025, 2024, and 2023, respectively. The platform focuses solely on the gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer ("GBTQ") community, enabling GBTQ adults to connect with one another and the world. Users utilize the platform for various intentions and use cases, including casual dating, long-term relationships, community and friendships, professional networking, travel information, and local discovery.
