Green Brick handles all stages of homebuilding, including land acquisition and development, securing entitlements, home design, property construction, and providing title, mortgage, and insurance agency services. As of December 31, 2025, Green Brick owned or had under contract approximately 48,900 home sites in high-growth submarkets across the DFW, Austin, Houston, and Atlanta metropolitan areas and the Treasure Coast, Florida market. The company defines "lots under contract" as all land or lot parcels it has a contractual right to acquire through a fully executed option contract or purchase and sale agreement.
