Grande Group Ltd is a holding company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, headquartered in Hong Kong, that provides integrated financial services. All business operations are conducted by its Operating Subsidiaries in Hong Kong and Mainland China: Grande Capital, Wicens International, and Shenzhen Zhenjing. Grande Capital is a boutique financial firm offering corporate finance advisory services to clients in Asia. It is licensed under the SFO in Hong Kong for Type 1 (dealing in securities) and Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activities. Since obtaining these licenses on January 23, 2018, Grande Capital has sponsored and completed 16 successful IPOs on the HKSE. Wicens International provides underwriting and placing, securities dealing, and brokerage services to clients in Hong Kong. It acts as a book runner, lead manager, or underwriter for IPOs and other fundraising activities, and as a placing agent for listed companies issuing or selling securities, earning underwriting and/or placing commissions. Wicens International also offers securities dealing and brokerage services for trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and selected overseas markets, facilitating trades on the Main Board and GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and earning brokerage commission income. It is licensed under the SFO for Type 1 (dealing in securities) regulated activities in Hong Kong. Grande Consulting, operating through Shenzhen Zhenjing, primarily provides executive training and corporate finance consulting services.
