To date, the company's activities have been limited to organizational tasks, those related to its initial public offering, and the search for an initial business combination. While the company may pursue a target in any industry or geographic region, it intends to focus its search on businesses operating within the maritime, logistics, and digital infrastructure sectors. The company intends to focus on combining with a business that has a strong market position and a clear path to long-term value creation. Its focus will include, but not be limited to, companies operating in marine technology, marine services, U.S.-focused marine businesses, marine logistics and distribution, vessel technical management, and data centers. Although the company intends to focus its search on these sectors, it is not limited to a particular industry or geographic region and may ultimately pursue an initial business combination opportunity in any business or industry.
