Grayscale Chainlink Trust ETF

Grayscale Chainlink Trust ETF is a Delaware Statutory Trust formed on December 18, 2020. The Trust's primary purpose is to hold Chainlink tokens ("LINK"), which are digital assets created and transmitted via the peer-to-peer Chainlink Network. This network is a decentralized system of computers operating on cryptographic protocols. As of December 31, 2025, the Trust holds approximately 0.9% of the total LINK in circulation. The Trust's holdings do not allow its Sponsor or the Trust itself to influence the development of the Chainlink Network. The Chainlink Network is a decentralized digital asset network with various stakeholders, including core developers, users, services, businesses, and validators, among whom the Trust is one participant. Unlike some other protocols, owning LINK does not grant governance rights within the network. On December 1, 2025, the Trust officially changed its name from Grayscale Chainlink Trust (LINK) to Grayscale Chainlink Trust ETF. Since its formation and before its Shares were listed on NYSE Arca, the Trust issued common units of fractional undivided beneficial interest, referred to as "Shares," to certain "accredited investors" in exchange for deposits of LINK.
