The company was founded in 2018 to acquire its operating subsidiary GF Cash (CIT) and develop related technology solutions and services. Its principal executive office moved from Bangkok, Thailand to Singapore in November 2021. In 2020, the company established a Robotics Solution business. In 2022, it began expanding robot functionalities with partners and integrating AI features. By 2023, it enhanced solutions by combining robots, cloud platforms, and AI, including Generative AI, and established a foundational platform for future AI solutions. In 2024, the company started developing AI agent solutions, beginning with personalized trip planning. It established a dedicated R&D team and partnered with Librum Technologies Inc. for AI agents in travel assistant solutions and retail optimization. RoboTravel Agents were deployed across Asia-Pacific in 2024, integrating robots at tourist locations. AIoT robot advertising expanded to the U.S. with approximately 200 robots in New York, and a decentralized spatial computing solution was developed for U.S. testing in August 2024. In April 2025, the beta AI agent solution, Deepvoyage Go (DVGO), launched, updated to Beta 2.0 in November 2025, and opened to the public in January 2026. The company operates in three segments: Secured Logistics Business, AI&Robotics Solutions Business, and Corporate and others. The Secured Logistics Business has over 43 years of experience in Thailand.
