StealthGas Inc.

StealthGas Inc. owns and operates a fleet of LPG carriers that provide international seaborne transportation services for LPG producers and users. These carriers transport various liquefied petroleum gas products, which are byproducts of crude oil and natural gas production. The products carried include propane, butane, butadiene, isopropane, propylene, and vinyl chloride monomer. The company occasionally charters-in vessels to supplement its own fleet, employing them on both time charters and voyage charters. Stealth Maritime, a privately owned company controlled by members of the Vafias family, including StealthGas Inc.'s Chief Executive Officer, manages the company. As of April 1, 2026, StealthGas Inc.'s fleet comprised 28 LPG carriers, including one Joint Venture (JV) vessel, with an average age of 11.1 years. The owned fleet consists of 27 vessels, including the Eco Oracle (built 2024, 40,551 cbm, fully-refrigerated), Eco Wizard (built 2024, 40,551 cbm, fully-refrigerated), Eco Arctic (built 2018, 22,363 cbm, semi-refrigerated), Eco Ice (built 2018, 22,358 cbm, semi-refrigerated), Eco Freeze (built 2018, 22,353 cbm, semi-refrigerated), Eco Frost (built 2017, 22,359 cbm, semi-refrigerated), Eco Blizzard (built 2021, 11,013 cbm, fully-pressurized), Eco Alice (built 2020, 7,543 cbm, fully-pressurized), Eco Nical (built 2016, 7,541 cbm, fully-pressurized), Gas Husky (built 2012, 7,516 cbm, fully-pressurized), Gas Esco (built 2012, 7,514 cbm, fully-pressurized), Eco Dominator (built 2016, 7,221 cbm, fully-pressurized), and Eco Galaxy (built 2015, 7,213 cbm, fully-pressurized).
