Global Arena Holding, Inc.

Global Arena Holding, Inc. is a holding company formed in Delaware in February 2009. The company became public in 2011 after completing a reverse merger with China Stationery and Office Supply, Inc. Global Arena Holding, Inc. was previously a financial services firm and now focuses on election services through its wholly owned subsidiary, Global Election Services, Inc. ("GES"). GES, formed on February 25, 2015, provides technology-enabled election services, including paper absentee/mail ballot and internet election services. Its clients include craft and trade organizations, labor unions, political parties, co-operatives and housing organizations, associations and professional societies, universities, and political organizations. GES has developed proprietary election software for a data storage and retrieval registration system that determines voter eligibility and prevents duplicate votes, featuring in-person digital signature capture. It also has proprietary election software for scanning and tabulation, utilizing advanced OMR/OCR/Barcode imaging software with de-skewing, de-speckling, and image correction. The hardware used includes high-speed optical scanners hard-lined to a computer with all Wi-Fi disabled, ensuring the entire tabulation process occurs offline to prevent hacking. This system offers three types of audit capabilities. GES is also collaborating with multiple vendors and has invested in companies developing Blockchain Technology for data storage and retrieval registration, tabulation of paper Absentee/Mail Ballots, and internet voting. On March 25, 2021, GES entered into a second amended purchase agreement to acquire 100% of the assets of Election Services Solutions, LLC ("ESS") for $650,000 (of which $511,150 was already paid) and the issuance of 40,000,000 shares of common stock. This agreement replaced a prior one from May 10, 2019. GES currently derives over 80% of its business from ESS.
