Fuller Company, founded in 1887 and incorporated in Minnesota in 1915, is a leading worldwide formulator, manufacturer, and marketer of adhesives, sealants, and other specialty chemical products. The company's stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol FUL. H.B. Fuller's sales operations extend across 34 countries, covering North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific, India, the Middle East, and Africa. Industrial adhesives are the core product offering, designed to enhance customer product performance or manufacturing processes. These adhesives are used in manufacturing various consumer and industrial goods, such as food and beverage containers, disposable diapers, medical products, windows, doors, appliances, sportswear, footwear, multi-wall bags, water filtration products, insulation, textiles, automobiles, recreational vehicles, buses, trucks and trailers, marine products, solar energy systems, electronics, and products for the aerospace and defense industries. Additionally, H.B. Fuller offers products for residential, commercial, and industrial construction markets. These include sealing and waterproofing solutions for roads, highways, bridges, and utilities; pressure-sensitive adhesives, tapes, and sealants for commercial roofing; and pressure-sensitive adhesives for contractors and do-it-yourself consumers. The company also provides technical support and customized solutions. As of November 30, 2024, H.B. Fuller had three operating segments: Hygiene, Health and Consumable Adhesives, Engineering Adhesives, and Construction Adhesives. Effective at the beginning of fiscal 2025, the company reorganized its operating segments by selling its North America Flooring business (previously part of Construction Adhesives) and combining its Insulating Glass, Woodworking, and Composite businesses (previously part of Engineering Adhesives) with the Construction Adhesives Roofing and Building Envelope and Infrastructure businesses to form the Building Adhesive Solutions operating segment.
