Future FinTech is a Florida-incorporated holding company that has transitioned its business focus. Historically, the company produced and sold fruit juice concentrates (including fruit purees and fruit juices) and fruit beverages (including fruit juice beverages and fruit cider beverages) in the People's Republic of China (PRC). Due to increased production costs and stricter environmental laws in China, the company shifted its operations to financial technology-related services. Its primary businesses included supply chain financing services and trading in China, and cross-border money transfer services in the UK. The company also expanded into brokerage and investment banking in Hong Kong and cryptocurrency mining farms in the U.S. A contractual arrangement with VIE E-Commerce Tianjin in China generated minimal revenue since 2021 due to COVID-19 impacts; the VIE was deregistered and dissolved on March 7, 2024. Due to worsened investment market sentiment in Hong Kong, the company sold its ownership in Nice Talent Asset Management Limited ("NTAM") for HK$2.4 million (approximately $300,000) in November 2024, exiting the asset management business in Hong Kong.
