FirstSun Capital Bancorp is a financial holding company headquartered in Denver, Colorado. It provides a full range of deposit, lending, treasury management, wealth management, and online banking products and services through its two main operating subsidiaries: Sunflower Bank, National Association, and Sunflower Wealth Advisors LLC. Sunflower Bank, a national banking association founded in 1892 and headquartered in Dallas, Texas, operates as Sunflower Bank, N.A. and First National 1870, a division of Sunflower Bank, N.A. It offers specialized financial services to businesses and relationship-focused services for personal, business, and wealth management needs. Sunflower Bank operates in Texas, Kansas, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, California, and Washington, and has a mortgage lending platform capable of operating in 44 states. Its products include commercial and industrial loans, commercial real estate loans, residential mortgage and other consumer loans, and various commercial, consumer, and private banking deposit products such as noninterest-bearing accounts, interest-bearing demand products, savings accounts, money market accounts, and certificates of deposit. Sunflower Bank also provides treasury management services. Sunflower Wealth Advisors LLC, a registered investment advisor organized under Kansas law, offers discretionary investment management to retail and institutional accounts. Together with Sunflower Bank, it provides wealth management and trust products, including private banking, personal trust and agency accounts, employee benefit and retirement related trust and agency accounts, investment management and advisory agency accounts, and foundation and endowment trust and agency accounts. FirstSun also has a third wholly-owned subsidiary, FEIF Capital Partners, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, which is planned to serve as the investment manager of a prospective credit fund.
