Freedom Holding Corp. is a holding company for subsidiaries engaged in diverse financial and ancillary activities. Its core businesses include securities brokerage, securities dealing for customers and its own account, market making, investment research, investment counseling, retail and commercial banking, and insurance products. The company also owns complementary ancillary businesses and lifestyle solutions, such as payment and information processing services, entertainment and travel ticketing services, e-commerce, cloud services, and developing telecommunications and media businesses in Kazakhstan. Freedom Holding Corp. aims to democratize access to financial markets, providing international capital market access for retail brokerage customers through a digital infrastructure and integrated financial technologies. Its main market is Kazakhstan, and it operates across dozens of other countries in Europe, Asia, and North America. Operating subsidiaries are located in Kazakhstan, Cyprus, the United States, the United Kingdom, Armenia, the United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Bulgaria, Germany, Greece, Lithuania, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Austria, France, and Poland, with a representative office in Italy. The company divested its Russian subsidiaries in February 2023. U.S. subsidiaries include an SEC- and FINRA-registered broker-dealer. As of March 31, 2026, Freedom Holding Corp. had 11,627 full-time employees, 230 offices (32 offering brokerage, 63 insurance, 9 banking, and 126 other financial and non-financial services), and 858,000 retail brokerage customer accounts. From the beginning of calendar 2024, the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and President began managing and evaluating the business based on a new segmental structure.
