The Operating Partnership holds at least a 99% limited partnership interest in each of the Other Real Estate Partnerships, whose general partners are separate corporations wholly-owned by the company, each with at least a 0.01% general partnership interest. The company's significant assets and liabilities are limited to its investment in the Operating Partnership and its 100% ownership interest in the general partners of the Other Real Estate Partnerships. The noncontrolling interest in the Operating Partnership was approximately 3.0% at December 31, 2025. Through a wholly-owned taxable REIT subsidiary of the Operating Partnership, the company also owns an equity interest in a joint venture and provides various services to it.
