Farmland Partners Inc.

Farmland Partners Inc. (FPI) is an internally managed real estate company that owns and aims to acquire high-quality farmland in agricultural markets across North America. FPI was incorporated in Maryland on September 27, 2013, and has been taxed as a real estate investment trust (REIT) since its short taxable year ended December 31, 2014. All of FPI's assets are held by, and its operations are primarily conducted through, Farmland Partners Operating Partnership, LP, which was formed in Delaware on September 27, 2013, and its wholly owned subsidiaries. As of December 31, 2025, FPI owned a 98.1% interest in the Operating Partnership. FPI is the sole member of the sole general partner of the Operating Partnership, giving it control and allowing it to consolidate the Operating Partnership.
