("RCHI") and its subsidiary Scott County Community Health, Inc. ("SCCH") on September 10, 2024, and Vector BioSource Inc. ("Vector") on September 19, 2025. FOXO provides behavioral health services, including substance use disorder treatment, and operates a critical access hospital in Oneida, Tennessee. It also acts as an information, data, and biospecimen sourcing provider for the biotechnology, clinical research, and pharmaceutical research industries. Additionally, FOXO is commercializing epigenetic biomarker technology for scientific research and business initiatives. The company manages its business through three reportable segments: Healthcare, Life Science Services, and Labs. Myrtle, RCHI, and SCCH operate within the Healthcare segment, while Vector operates under the Life Science Services segment. The Labs segment was formed in the second quarter of 2024 by combining the previously separate Labs and Life segments, following the acquisition of Myrtle in June 2024.
