FOXO is also an information, data and biospecimen sourcing provider serving the biotechnology, clinical research, and pharmaceutical research industries, following the acquisition of Vector BioSource Inc. on September 19, 2025. Additionally, FOXO is commercializing epigenetic biomarker technology. The company manages its business through three reportable segments: Healthcare, Life Science Services, and Labs. Myrtle, Rennova Community Health, Inc., and Scott County Community Health, Inc. operate under the Healthcare segment. Vector BioSource Inc. operates under the Life Science Services segment. The Labs segment was formed in the second quarter of 2024 by combining the previously separate Labs and Life segments.
