Fox Corporation is a news, sports, and entertainment company that operates through four segments: Cable Network Programming, Television, Credible, and the FOX Studio Lot. Its two reportable segments are Cable Network Programming and Television. The Cable Network Programming segment creates and licenses news and sports content, distributed primarily in the U.S. through traditional cable television systems, direct broadcast satellite operators, telecommunication companies, virtual multi-channel video programming distributors, and other digital platforms. The Television segment produces, acquires, markets, and distributes programming via the FOX broadcast network, the advertising-supported video-on-demand service Tubi, 29 full-power broadcast television stations (including 11 duopolies), and other digital platforms, primarily in the U.S. Eighteen of these broadcast stations are affiliated with the FOX Network, and 11 are affiliated with MyNetworkTV. This segment also includes production companies that create content for Fox Corporation and other parties. Credible is a U.S. consumer finance marketplace. The FOX Studio Lot, located in Los Angeles, California, offers television and film production services, office space, and studio operation services, encompassing all facility operations. Fox Corporation became a standalone publicly traded company on March 19, 2019.
